The online retailer I am covering today, known as Rihoas, is renowned for feminine and stylish clothing offered at reasonable prices. I must admit, they offer a lot of gorgeous items. If you are into modest silhouettes with a girly flare, read on! Today I am sharing my full review.

I spent $71 at Rihoas so you don’t have to

Before we get to the Rihoas review, let’s clear the air. This post is not in any way sponsored by Rihoas. I personally paid for all of the items shown in this post and am sharing my personal experience.

It seems like every other day there’s a new clothing brand flooding my ads and feed on social media. With the unique styles offered by Rihoas, I has to give them a try.

As an affordable fashion blogger, I wanted to share my unbiased opinion with you based on my personal experience before you go and spend your own money (or not) at this retailer.

In this review, I’ll share a little bit about the brand, how to shop on the site, what product reviews are like, shipping info, return policy as of this post, and more. I bought a four items for a total of $70.99 and will share my thoughts on those items in this post too!

What is Rihoas

Rihoas originated in Hong Kong and sells clothing inspired by women’s costumes featured in European cinema. Riohas utilizes their unique vision to create collections anchored in vintage aesthetic, romance, and elegance.. 

One look at their Instagram feed, with 730k+ followers, and you will quickly see the cinematic inspiration come to life! A few words that come to mind as I browse their clothing selection at Rihoas: Modest, feminine, and luxury.

Like other retailers, Riohas often partners with fashion-forward influencers to promote clothing. I find their social content intriguing!

Where can I find Riohas fashion?

Rihoas clothing is sold primarily on the Rihoas website and Amazon! It appears the selection on Amazon is slightly different than their main website so check both sites when shopping around.

For this review, I purchased directly from the website.

What does Rihoas sell?

Categories offered by Rihoas include clothing, accessories, and swimwear.

Here are just a few of the specific products currently available:

• Purses
• Belts
• Hat
• & More!

As you can see, they have vast selection of clothing items. In my opinion, it is an sufficient selection to build a wardrobe. 

 

Searching for products on Rihoas

The extensive selection of items pleased me, and I am impressed with the functionality of the search bar!

I have personally found it challenging to search for specific products on other sites, like this one. Rihoas however, provided relevant results when I searched for a specific product.

Below are the results when searching for a black sweater dress. As you can see, the results are black sweater dresses. 

 

What Are the Product Reviews like?

As of writing this post, customers are able to leave product reviews on the Rihoas website. This is my something I value because I love to read reviews, especially before purchasing clothing online.

I was able to provide product feedback after I received my order.

 

What I bought from Rihoas

For this Rihoas review, I purchased 4 items. All of which are clothing basics that I plan to wear a lot. There are minimal wardrobe basics available for sale, however they do have a large selection of trendy items that fit their vision I described above. There a lot of unique pieces that would be great for an ultra feminine wardrobe.

I personally dress more casual, but I was able to snag some items to fit my personal style and lifestyle! All that to say, Rihoas does have items that can be dressed down, so you may have to dig around to find something you love if you are like me.

Spoiler: I like everything but there are some details that are red flags for me! Here is my full Rihoas review of each item.

Sweetheart Neck Striped Dress: Rihoas is known for their dresses, so I had to try one! This dress is beautiful and looks exactly as depicted online. I normally order a size medium in dresses however I went with a size small on this one after reviewing the size chart  and I am glad I did… the medium would have been too big on me. I’m just shy of 5’6″ for reference.

I plan on wearing as is, with a jean jacket and sneakers, or cinched at the waist with a belt and ankle boots. This dress is a great three seasons dress so I plan to get a lot of wear from it! It has a nice stretch too it and flows away from the body starting in the hips, which is very flattering. The only drawback is the fabric. This feels like a rigid ribbed material and I had hoped it would be a softer cozy sweater material. It was on sale for $25.99 when I ordered! 

 

Rouched Knit Tee: A great wardrobe staple! Of all the items I ordered from Rihoas, this is my favorite. This top is such a pretty brown color that will compliment most other neutrals. It is listed as one size so I was a bit nervous when ordering. I thought this would be a good opportunity to share feedback with you on how this truly fits because I saw several tops listed as one size on their site. The material is surprisingly soft and stretchy! With the generous amount of stretch, I would agree this shirt is a one size fits most regular sizes. I have no complaints on this top.

 

Gold Buckle Belt: I have a black belt similar to this and couldn’t resist this brown one at just $6.00!  My first impression is that the belt is very pretty and appears as it did online. This belt is also listed as one size. The belt holes measure between 27″-37.5″. Overall, I am happy with the belt but I cannot speak to the quality. The price was extremely low and the material is imitation leather. I hope it holds up for occasional wear… I will report back if/when the belt starts to show signs of wear.

 

V Neck Ribbed Knit T0p: When I opened up this top, it looked so small, like a children’s shirt. I double checked the tag to confirm it was a medium as I ordered, and it was. I typically order a size medium in tops like this and was happy I did for this one. The fabric feels nearly identical to the dress I reviewed above and is the same nylon and viscose composition. Much like the dress, I was hoping this would feel softer but I am hoping the fabric is durable in exchange for the lack of softness. 

With the feel and sizing appearance of this top straight out of the package, I was tempted to return it without trying it on. My first impression was bad, but I tried it on anyway for the sake of an honest review. To my surprise, the top looks so much better on than I imagined it would! It is slightly cropped but very stretchy. The v-neck button detailing is very pretty and I love how this looks with the baggy flare jeans from my NA-KD clothing review!

 

What is product sizing like?

Products follow the US size chart. The Rihoas website also offers a body measurement chart in cm and in to assist customer in deciding on product sizing. I found this chart to be useful and true to my normal size.

It is important to note that some products are listed as one size (like the brown top I reviewed above). All of the products I browsed were not available in plus sizes, however the size chart goes up to 3xl so if you need plus sizing I would contact customer service at Rihoas to discuss your options.

Below is a graphic of the size chart from a product page. You will see there is a size guide showing the fit type and amount of stretch as it relates to the product you are viewing. I LOVED this feature, especially when browsing dresses and tops!

The measurements tab defaults to centimeters on my computer, however I toggled over to inches to easily determine my size. Ultimately, the sizes I purchased fit really well! I would recommend following the measurements on their charts.

What is Rihoas’s return Policy?

As of this post, this is the Rihoas return and exchange policy.

Returns are currently accepted within 14 days of when the package is delivered. I am uncertain if there is a return fee, so that is something to consider if you are likely to return something!

Be sure to check out the current return policy linked above for all of the current information and return/exchange conditions and exclusions, some orders (like black friday/cyber monday) may have unique return policies..

I personally did not need to return any of the items from my order, therefore I cannot provide feedback on the actual return process and timing. Rihoas has a customer service contact listed on the return policy page, should you need clarification on the policy.

Does Rihoas have free shipping?

As of writing this post, they offer free shipping on orders above $69. 

You can read more about their shipping information here. Also, your specific shipping costs, time, and options will NOT be provided at when you place the order. Some sites do, which is something I like to see. 

I placed my Rihoas order on a Friday and received a shipping confirmation email the following Sunday, so in my case the items shipped very soon after order placement.

My checkout experience at Rihoas

The checkout process at Rihoas was simple and straightforward.

When I was done shopping, I entered my payment information via a secure page and immediately received an order confirmation number  and email confirmation after a successful submission.

The order confirmation email was sent to my provided email address with all of the order information. 

How long does shipping take?

From my experience, shipping was quicker than I originally anticipated. Upon order placement, I did not receive an estimate of when I should expect my order to arrive.

My order was placed on the 18th and I received it (in the U.S.) on the 25th! One week was much quicker than I anticipated. This was with free standard shipping I received for spending over $69.

Timing could vary based on a number of factors, this was my personal experience.

What is the customer service like at Rihoas?

I did not utilize customer support for my order however, customer service is easily accessible.

Users can contact support via the website using the customer service section found at the footer of each each page. 

 

Pros of Rihoas

After this order I have several positive takeaways, including:

• Product selection: While this clothing style may not be for everyone, there is a large selection items available for purchase. There are more unique/trendy pieces than classic pieces, however if you do some digging there could be something for every style here.
• Reviews: Customer ratings and reviews were posted on the product pages. I find reviews paramount when making clothing purchases online.
• Searchability: As stated above, the search bar produced relevant results and was very user friendly.
• Sizing: By following the provided size and measurement charts, all of the products I ordered fit very well! It was easy and quick to determine the exact size I needed.
• Transparency: Check out Rihoas’ material information and vision here. Rihoas is honest regarding the high cost of sustainable fabrics and they clearly explain here their desire to keep costs low on their about page. Just 20% of their materials are currently sustainable.
• Shipping: Rather quick. Took about one week for my order to arrive after placing it. I also received an email update when the transit process began.
• Pricing: I paid $70.99 for four items including, two tops, a belt and a sweater dress. Two of the items were on sale at the time of purchase. Do not miss their sale section! They often have a great selection of discounted pieces.

Cons of Rihoas

Overall, my experience with Rihoas had one flaw: the unique clothing style. While it wasn’t a deal-breaker for me, the majority of items were not my personal style.

It took me a while to get a selection of pieces to buy. If you love to wear dresses, skirts, and have a feminine clothing style Rihoas will be PERFECT for you. If not, you may just have to search a while longer to find something you like!

Would I recommend Rihoas fashion?

I am pleased with my entire Rihoas order experience! If I need a dress for a special occasion, I will definitely check out Rihoas in the future. Next time, I will be mindful of reviewing the material composition prior to purchase because two of my items received were not as soft as I anticipated but the texture does align with the materials described in the product description online.

Rihoas is transparent, which I appreciate. From product material information to sustainability efforts and their desire to keep pricing low, information was presented clearly and was easy to find.
